Chairman of the Board of Sarasvati Foundation International Yoga Instructor Training Centre.
She is an internationally recognised 5000 hrs elder yoga grandmaster. Doctor of alternative medicine (yoga and ayurveda), Vaisnava yoga master, Ayurvedic therapist, and doula.

She’s been teaching and leading with her sister Sarasvati Training Centre for more than a decade in Europe (UK, Austria, Switzerland) and in India. Aniko’s courses, workshops are all around the world about Maternity Reflexology, and Yoga.

Her books are related to yoga, ayurvedic therapies and maternity.
